The service

DonorForward provides hosted donation pages, campaign tools, and an API for nonprofit fundraising. Organizations are responsible for their own tax language, EIN, and compliance with charitable solicitation rules.

Accounts

The registering user is the organization owner. They must keep credentials confidential and invite staff under the correct roles. You may not use the service to process payments you are not authorized to collect.

Payments

Funds settle to the organization’s connected Stripe account. DonorForward is not the merchant of record for those gifts. Refunds and disputes follow the processor and the organization’s policies.

Acceptable use

No card testing, no misrepresentation of a charity, and no attempt to store or extract raw payment credentials. We may suspend accounts that put donors or the platform at risk.
